PRENATAL CIRCLES


IN-STUDIO

An educational and community building series where each class has a special focus on fitness, self-care and body work. The 75 minute class includes 45 minutes of yoga and movement drawing special attention to the area of focus, followed by a discussion and Q&A.

  • Week 1 : Safe Abdominal Exercises - all about safe core engagement in pregnancy, prevention of diastasis recti and movement for optimal fetal positioning.

  • Week 2 : Demystifying the Pelvic Floor - how to identify and isolate your pelvic floor muscles, the truth about Kegel exercises, preventing incontinence and optimal pushing techniques.

  •  Week 3 : Yoga for Hip Stretches & Hypnobirthing - a deep focus inner and outer hip stretches for comfort and low back pain relief, sleeping positions to avoid hip tension and how to make the most out of hypnobirthing.
